CELL KILLERS at USP LOMPOC
The United States Federal Bureau of Prisons lowered the security rating and changed U.S.P. Lompoc to a federal correctional institution. But while I was there, it was a Penitentiary that could house High Security and Maximum Custody prisoners, as I was back then.

In 1996 I was sent to the United States Federal Penitentiary in Lompoc, California. While I was there, several cells were set on fire, thus came the term, Cell Killers. Reasons for someone catching another prisoners cell on fire varied, I’m sure, but to me, the result is the same. They were cowards and afraid to go to the person and deal with it, face-to-face.
